the owner and operator of www.businessbuddies.online (the "Business Buddies site”), is providing the various services/tools/facilities through Software-as-a-Service model, which enables the Customers to create and manage their future/upcoming Sites or Mobile App for their usage and/or list the products/Service to various our platform while availing “Subscription” of the services provided by the Company, here in after referred to as “Service”. Application Software " Mobile App", including all content provided by business buddies through business buddies Application and the business buddies site, the "Business Buddies Service Portal", or the "Service", and you ("you" or "you"), a user of the Service. Business Buddies company is charging you the fees for the training provided by the video of the service you are taking on the Business Buddies site and the portal provided to work. Whether you promote with the promotion link on the site of businessbuddies.online or not is only up to you. The company is giving you incentives for the promotion done by you and the user or client who came through it. It will depend on the company to pay less, more for the promotion in future.
If you add business buddies on the platform for free, then you are allowed to work on the whole site. You can earn money by working there. But if you want to build your future, and want to earn more money. So for that, if you refer people and get them associated with the company. And even if user is joining for free now, you will continue to get incentives for the work done by him in future. It is your choice whether to refer someone or not. The company does not put any kind of pressure on you in this matter.if you refer, then you will be paid an incentive from the company from the fee, it takes from that. The company can increase or decrease the incentive you receive for each referral at any time, depending on your and the company's benefit

Business Buddies, at its sale discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any marketing associate caught in violation of the term and conditions without notice. As business buddies is fully legal, distributor may not present business buddies’ promotions on any social page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by business buddy’s internet service providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority.
Third party liability.
Business Buddies willing no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause member harm. Before using any third party service or site, please read their terms and conditions carefully.
TERMINATION/ETHICS/Cancellation
Any distributor acting unethical or Unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of business buddies with all future commissions or lead and/or training usage for feinted. If you are found to be defaming or making false statements about the Company or the owner, your services will be terminated. The distributor's subscription can be cancelled by business buddies at any time. Any distributor that is all benefits and privileges associated with business buddies. Any positions held in participating programs owned by business buddies will also be Forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to business buddies.
Relationship of parties
While the parties shall work hand in hand for the benefit of both, the parties acknowledge and agree that the distributor shall, from a legal perspective, act shall be an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of business buddies. Nothing in this agreement or these terms and conditions shall create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise between the parties in the legal sense of these terms. the distributor shall not sign any document in the name of or on behalf of business buddies nor shall it hold itself out as being an agent business buddies or as having apparent authority to contract for or bind business buddies.
DISPUTES
Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the country. In case of any dispute, the decision of the legal committee of the company will be considered as the final decision. incorporation for businesses buddies any disputes made with financial processors for purchases made will result in max 30 days. termination of the distributorship account within business buddies. If for Any Reason an agreement is not reached between the Company and the distributor, then a case can be filed in the Chandigarh High Court.
AVAILABILITY
- Business Buddies will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Application is available at all times. However, you acknowledge that the Application is provided over the internet and mobile networks, and its quality and availability may be affected by factors outside Business Buddies’ reasonable control.
- Business Buddies does not accept any responsibility for the unavailability of the Application, or for any difficulties or inability to download or access content, or for any other communication system failures that may result in the Application being unavailable.
- Business Buddies is not responsible for providing any support or maintenance services for the Application.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- To use the Application, you must have a compatible mobile phone or handheld device, internet access, and meet the minimum technical specifications ("Software Requirements").
- The Software Requirements for downloading the Business Buddies Mobile App may vary depending on the mobile platform.
- The Business Buddies Mobile App is currently available in English.
- The version of the Application software may be updated from time to time to add new features, functions, or services.
All branding, Logos and graphics contained within business buddies or copyright use distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited business buddies provides distributor with approved material for marketing any 3rd party or self-created marketing material must be first approved by business buddies before it may be used. Any distributor who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to business buddies and or its employees and or fellow distributor will be terminated from business buddies. depending on seriousness, business buddies may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action. Business Buddies strictly prohibits the use of use or spam. the enforcement is at the sole discretion of business buddies and for the benefit of all distributors. distributors proven to be participating in such activities will have their account Terminated and they will forfeit any and all content or future commissions.

It is the responsibility of distributors to keep their personal records up to date at the member's area. business buddies will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your account.
The Customer agrees and consents that the Company has the right to use and disclosed his/her data for the information sought by governmental agencies or under applicable legal provisions and for the COMPANY business requirements,and further agrees that the Founder/ Customer has no rights to claim, sue, or approach for any Legal remedy for such disclosure.
TAX
if any income you receive either from business buddies or any leads sold via the business buddies’ website. You are responsible for any taxes table in your domicile or jurisdiction,
NO WARRANTY
All leads, trainings act. is provided \as is \ and without any warranty, express, implied or otherwise, regarding its accuracy or performance.
NO ASSIGNMENT/ SEVERABILITY
Distributor may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of the other party. Distributor and business buddies agree that if any portion of this agreement is found illegal or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the reminder of the agreement shall be given full force and effect.
Limitation of liability; Sole and exclusive remedy; indemnification*
You agree that business buddies are not responsible for the success or failure of your business or your business decisions relating to any information presented by our company or our company products and or services
ACCURATENESS of information
Business Buddies makes no representations as to the accurateness or reliability of any advertising message or marketing tool offered through any referral, outside company or on this site. while we believe the people / companies we work with to be honest and ethical, we recommend you do your own you due diligence relating to any specific claims or promises made in the marketing message, as it relates to your use and purchase.
CROSS SPONSORING / CROSS RECRUITING
Cross sponsoring, cross Recruiting and cross line jumping are prohibited as per the complete terms and conditions and the distributor agreement.\cross sponsoring\ means soliciting a distributor or any closely related person or entity into a down line different from the existing down line for that associate, or a closely related person or entity. \Cross jumping\ means an associated or any closely related person or entity voluntarily taking a business that is not in the same downline as the one in which the distributor first was placed. crossly related person or entity \ is any person in the household of the distributor [ spouse, son, daughter, parents living in the same household] or any legal entity which is controlled by the distributor.
INCOME REPRESENTATION.
Distributor shall not make any income representations except those set forth herein or otherwise specifically set forth in official company material.
A Direct Seller Shall Not
- Use misleading, deceptive, and/or unfair trade practices.
- Use misleading, false, deceptive, and/or unfair recruiting practices, including misrepresentation of actual or potential sales or earnings and advantages of direct selling in their interaction with prospective direct sellers.
- Make any factual representation to a prospective direct seller that cannot be verified or make any promise that cannot be fulfilled.
- Present any advantages of direct selling to a prospective direct seller in a false and/or deceptive manner.
- Knowingly make, omit, engage in, cause, or permit any false and/or misleading representation relating to the direct selling operation, including the remuneration system, the agreement between the direct selling entity and the direct seller, or the goods and/or services being sold.
NOMINEES
The company is also giving a nominee system here. In case of any miss happening, he/she can send his/her documents or by coming to the company office they can get the account transferred in his/her name by giving his/her documents. Which you must have given in your account. Looking at his activity, the company will give him the option to keep the nominee further.

Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be liable for damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement due to any delay or default in performance caused by conditions beyond its reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to acts of God, government restrictions (including denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary licenses), wars, insurrections, and mechanical, electronic, or communication failures.
Counterpart
This Agreement may be executed as a single document or in one or more counterparts. Each counterpart, when executed and delivered, will constitute a duplicate original. All counterparts together will form a single agreement. The Effective Date of this Agreement shall be the date on which the last party executes their counterpart.
Declaration
You are required to provide your Aadhar number, PAN number, bank details, and complete mobile verification using an OTP (One-Time Password).
